1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging VK Clean for cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and VK Clean (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Booking and Scheduling
Booking Process

Scheduling Changes

5. Cancellation Policy

- No-shows without notice may be charged the full service fee
- Regular cleaning services can be paused or cancelled with 48 hours notice
VK Clean Cancellations
We may cancel or reschedule services due to extreme weather, equipment failure, staff illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at your convenience.
6. Access and Security
Property Access
- Customers must provide safe and secure access to the property
- Access methods (keys, codes, etc.) must be communicated clearly
- We are not responsible for lockouts or access issues beyond our control
- Animals must be secured during cleaning services
Security and Key Handling
- All staff are background checked and trained in security protocols
- Keys and access codes are stored securely and never shared
- We maintain detailed records of property access
- Customers should notify us immediately of any security concerns
7. Liability and Insurance

Limitations

- We are not responsible for items that are moved and not returned to original position
- Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

9. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with our cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will:
- Return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge
- Provide additional cleaning time if required
- Refund the service fee if we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction
